PHP 7.1 not working on Ampps 3.8

Here is what I did to fix and get PHP 7.1 running on Ampps 3.8:

1. If you haven’t yet, change the PHP version back to 5.6
2. Login to Ampps Admin
3. Go to Apps tab at http://localhost/ampps/index.php?act=ampps_apps
4. Click on php 7.1 icon
5. Remove and Uninstall php 7.1
6. Back to Apps list
7. Open php 7.1 again
8. re-Install it.
9. Change your PHP Version to 7.1 and your apache should remaining running.
